When Auxil Partner was founded in 2012, DIRK SCHLARMANN and DR. HOLMER GLIETZ already had many years of consultancy experience working on reorganisation and restructuring projects for medium-sized production companies. Their aim was, and continues to be, to provide companies not just with theoretical concepts, but also with sustainable, achievable recommendations to increase revenue, secure financing and ultimately to restore and consolidate corporate independence.
