When AuxilPartner was founded in 2012, Dirk Schlarmann already has many years of consultancy experience working on reorganisation and restructuring projects for medium-sized production companies. Their aim has always been to provide companies with more than just theoretical concepts in PowerPoint and slide presentations. Instead, what is offered are sustainable recommendations for action to increase earnings, secure financing and ultimately regain and consolidate corporate independence.

We assume active responsibility for the binding implementation of the measures developed and, as a trusted partner, provide support for you, your company, and all relevant stakeholders throughout the restructuring period.

Today, more than ten years after our company was founded, five additional partners — Axel Nordsieck, Jan Duisberg, Moritz Miller, Frederik Reimann and Malte Mornhart — help manage our expanded team of 55 colleagues. Over time, we have extended our core competencies with a greater focus on organisational development and cultural transformation. To reflect this, our corporate brand has been called AUXIL VALUE INTEGRATION since 2023.

AUXIL VALUE INTEGRATION is focused on medium-sized German manufacturing companies. We carry out structured analyses for these companies and create customised, holistic concepts to increase earnings and engage in restructuring in accordance with IDW S6, always taking into account the latest rulings of the German Federal Court of Justice. We support you with pending structural changes, periods of transition, and implementation of the corporate concepts that have been drawn up. We offer assistance and advice either working alongside those responsible, or by taking on interim management responsibilities ourselves as required.

We also support family businesses in particular in planning for corporate succession, providing advice on the development and creation of holistic succession concepts and, if necessary, offering transitional assistance by taking on interim management responsibilities in the key functional areas of CEO, CRO, CFO and COO. We can also assist you with the procurement of equity and debt capital as part of structured (re-)financing or to provide security for growth projects. We establish contacts with potential financiers from the banking and private equity sector and we accompany the financing process, thus supporting management and shareholders in finding solutions.
