Junior Consultant

Get on board, stay on board.

As a Junior Consultant, you'll start working on projects with us straight away. Whether with an internship or a subsequent working student position - you will be part of the project team on site with the customer from day one. You can put your knowledge and ideas directly into practice and make a difference with your work. Your experience will allow you to learn the basics of consulting and working methods in the industry. Your team colleagues will get you on board. We are also happy to support you with a special project in which you can conduct research on a practice-related topic for an academic thesis.

Consultant

How analyses become measures.

You will join us directly as a consultant after completing your studies and gaining initial insights from the business world (internship, student traineeship, etc.). You will support us in ensuring the success of the project. You will successfully implement project packages on your own initiative and take responsibility for your own areas of responsibility in the project team, both in analysing and implementing individual measures. Step by step, we will prepare you to support companies at all levels. And when you feel at home in all areas, we will develop a plan for your next step.

Senior Consultant

How project management becomes project responsibility.

You have a proven background in reorganisation consulting. You enjoy shaping opportunities yourself and making a visible impact. You take on a sub-project, from conceptualisation and project management to responsibility for implementation. As part of your sub-project, you will learn to take responsibility for the well-being and performance of your team. Together with partners and managers responsible for the project, you will set the targets yourself and coordinate them with the client companies. You are the direct contact person on site. After your first steps in management, you will quickly feel ready for bigger tasks.

Associate Manager

On the way to becoming a real manager.

As an Associate Manager, you are the point of contact for representatives of the client company at the highest level. Internally, you will help shape the future of Auxil in your own area. Basically, you know everything that is required to manage consulting projects. Your previous industry and project experience will set you up well. You will lead a small project team in the analysis or implementation phase. You have already gained some management experience and the appropriate hard and soft skills. Together with your team, you will manage the day-to-day running of the project and take full responsibility for operational project management on site. To become an all-rounder, however, it can't hurt to familiarise yourself with some tools and application areas in detail. We will find the necessary space for this and offer you the help of experienced colleagues.

Manager

Realiser in every situation.

No project situation will take you by surprise. You are a project manager and have the skills to independently lead the team on the customer's premises. You find out what the customer's key potential is and how decision-makers there can take the next step forwards. You already have routine in this area, but it still fills you with passion. The client company relies on you and your ideas. You will be responsible for achieving the project's goals and the majority of external communication. This requires a sure instinct; partners and senior managers will support you. Internally, you will manage and develop your own specialist areas and topics.

Senior Manager

Good from experience.

With your experience in managing your own projects, the role of Senior Manager is perfect for you. When the going gets tough, you know how to resolve difficult situations. No wonder you take on more complex and extensive assignments. You are the first point of contact for the client company and its business and financing partners right from the acquisition meeting. You will lead your project team, defining, monitoring and managing its objectives independently. You will help the client to achieve new entrepreneurial independence. As the person with operational responsibility, you accompany the project from acquisition to completion and into the follow-up order. You are an all-rounder and also take on interim management functions if required. Internally, you develop Auxil's vision further with your ideas and ensure that it is realised.

Partner

Think entrepreneurially, act responsibly.

As a partner, you directly determine the operational skills and strategic vision of Auxil. You acquire projects and plan the deployment of the project teams. You are the point of contact for the management and financing partners of client companies, moderate negotiations at the top level and take on interim CRO tasks. It is a balancing act to build mutual trust and the self-confidence of others while at the same time ensuring that everyone keeps a clear view of the facts. It is precisely this responsibility that motivates you. You coordinate the assignment with the management of the client company and concretise the project goals with the project managers on site. You are responsible for leading and developing your team and helping them to discover their potential and utilise their talents.

PROFILE

You have already studied for a few semesters, have good theoretical knowledge of project management and an intense interest in company processes. Ideally, you already have some experience in industry, especially in medium-sized companies. You are enthusiastic about processes and technology. You are proficient in common office software, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. You enjoy working in a team and developing solutions together. You are communicative, confident, open and authentic.
