Before moving into restructuring consultancy in 2007, I worked for the Toyota Formula 1 team, where I was responsible for coordinating the production of carbon fibre composite vehicle parts. I then worked for several years in a well-known (international) German restructuring consultancy as a project manager for the creation and active implementation of restructuring concepts in the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering sectors. Since then, in addition to developing business and performance management concepts, I have taken on numerous operational interim and management responsibilities as CRO (including in the parent company) and actively supported managing directors and shareholders in restoring their companies to profitability.

After studying business administration, I began my professional career at a renowned restructuring consultancy. From an early age, I was fascinated by the challenges companies face during periods of change. In 2006, I moved to medium-sized manufacturing and assumed management roles in various sectors – particularly automotive, plastics processing, and industrial goods – most recently as CFO and commercial director.
I am familiar with restructuring and transformation from both perspectives: as a consultant and as a decision-maker on the client side. I have been responsible for numerous projects that focused on nothing less than the future viability of the company – from sustainably improving liquidity and working capital to refinancing and M&A processes. My unique industry knowledge helps me specifically address the specific challenges and opportunities of medium-sized manufacturing companies.
My passion is transparency in numbers. I firmly believe that clarity about the financial situation forms the basis for any successful management and further development.
